Not sure if this matters: can you run multiple hubs at once?
SystemAdmin: Absolutely agree — I had the exact problem and solved it by updating the driver. Took me longer than expected that configuration option.

Just finally figured it out! The key is configuring the MQTT broker properly. Wish I'd known earlier.
